What is MyLotto Rewards®?
The Ohio Lottery MyLotto Rewards® Program is a rewards program sponsored by the Ohio Lottery Commission that allows you to collect points by submitting non-winning tickets through ohiolottery.com, enter second chance drawings and submit Cash Explosion® entry tickets. You can also collect points by participating in designated online activities. Your points can be used to participate indrawings and purchase items from our catalog.

Can I use my Ohio Lottery sign in information to access MyLotto Rewards®?
Yes. Your sign in information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site. When you first register for MyLotto Rewards®, however, you will be asked to fill out some additional information to create your account.

How do I change my password?
You can update your password through your My Profile page, located under My Account.

What do I do if I can’t remember my password?
Click the "forgot password" link on the sign in page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to sign into your MyLotto Rewards® account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

Do I have to be a resident of Ohio to sign up for MyLotto Rewards®?
No. The program is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

How old do I need to be to sign up for a MyLotto Rewards® account?

How do I change the email/SMSnotifications I am receiving? 
You can select what information you receive in the Notifications section of your My Profile page.

What is the difference between Points Entered and Points Awarded?
"Points Entered" are points earned through entering non-winning tickets. "Points Awarded" are points earned through MyLotto Rewards® participation (completing your registration, answering polls, special occasions, etc.)

Where can I find my current points balance? 
When signed into your account, you should be able to see your current points balance from almost any page at the top right-hand corner of your screen. You can also find it on your homepage and your My Account page.

How can I see the number of entries I submitted into a drawing? 
Go to "My Drawings" (located in your "My Account" page). You’ll find all the details for each drawing you’ve entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.

Go to "My Drawings" (located in your "My Account" page). You’ll find all the details for each drawing you’ve entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.

Will my account expire?
Your account will only expire after a year without activity. We will notify you after 45 days and 90 days of inactivity, followed by an account disablement notification. Any points held by disabled accounts will be forfeited.

Ticket Entry/Points

Can I manually enter tickets into MyLotto Rewards?
No, we are only allowing non-winning and promotional tickets to be entered through the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application.

Why can’t I enter tickets manually into MyLotto Rewards anymore?
To ensure security and integrity of the MyLotto Rewards program, as of August 8, 2023, functionality to enter non-winning ticket numbers manually is longer be supported. You can use the ticket scanner functionality within the official Ohio Lottery mobile app to scan tickets quickly and easily for entry.

How do I enter my tickets?
From any Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off ticket, remove the entire latex from the front of the ticket. The barcode will be located near the bottom of the ticket. Use the Ohio Lottery Mobile Application to scan the barcode and enter it into MyLotto Rewards®.

What kind of tickets can I enter to earn points?
You can enter all Ohio Lottery non-winning tickets, including Instant Tickets, Scratch-Offs and online tickets like Draw Games, KENO, and EZPLAY®.

Will my points expire if I don’t use them?
Yes. If an account has no activity for one year, it will be disabled and any held points will be forfeited.

How many points are my tickets worth?
Instant tickets are worth 1 point per $1 value (a $10 instant ticket is worth 10 points). All online tickets are worth 5 points each.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can enter?
You can enter up to 1200 points worth of tickets per month.

Can points be transferred from one account to another?
No.

Do I need to keep my tickets after I enter them into MyLotto Rewards®?
No.

Can I enter a ticket more than once for points?
No.

Where do I find the ticket number to be entered into MyLotto Rewards®?
• From any Ohio Lottery instant ticket, type the TICKET NUMBER from the back of the ticket, followed by the 10-digit VERIFICATION NUMBER from the front of the ticket located under the latex (ignore any spaces or dashes).

• From your Ohio Lottery printed ticket, type the 35-digit SERIAL NUMBER located on the bottom of your ticket.

Are there other ways to earn points?
Yes, you can earn points by participating in predefined activities, like answering poll questions.

Are the points worth cash? Can I redeem them for cash?
No, points do not have a cash value. Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. The sale of points is strictly prohibited.

How do I redeem my points?
You can visit the Redemption Central to redeem points for entries into drawings and merchandise offered in the Rewards Catalog.

Drawings

Can I enter into more than one drawing at a time?
Yes. You can enter as many drawings as your points allow. You can see all of your drawing entries in your My Account page.

How will I know if I've won a drawing?
We will notify you by phone or email if you’re a winner. You can also check back for the results here after the drawing.

Redemption Central

How long will it take to receive the items that I redeem through the catalog?
Items should be delivered within 1-3 weeks.

How long will it take to receive the items that I redeem through the digital catalog?
Items should be delivered to your email address within a couple hours.

Is there a way for me to track the shipment and delivery of my items?
Yes! You can track your items by visiting the "My Physical Purchases" page (located in your "My Account" page).

Will the items in the catalog change? 
Yes. Catalog items can change on a daily basis.

Does MyLotto Rewards® accept returns?
No, unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns at this time.

Are there faster shipping options?
No, unfortunately the shipping options are fixed.

Can I ship my items to any address?
No. Your catalog items must be shipped to the address associated with your account.

Can I send my digital catalog items to any email address?
No. Your digital catalog items must be sent to the email address associated with your account.
