After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, Williams receives $71,000. Skovich receives $14,698.42.

Williams purchased the five-of-five Rolling Cash 5 ticket from Buckeye Sunoco. Located at 13009 Buckeye Avenue in Cleveland, this retailer receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket.
