CLEVELAND - The winner of a top prize winning instant game ticket has claimed the prize in Trust. The holder of the ticket purchased $50,000 a year for 20 years, a $1,000,000 Money in the Bank instant ticket.
John P. Koscianski is Trustee of The Red Knight Trust. The holder of the ticket chose the cash option. The Trust receives $355,000 after mandatory Federal and State tax withholdings totaling 29 percent.
Sheetz #441 sold the winning ticket. Located at 5295 Detroit Road in Sheffield Lake this retailer receives a $10,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
