CINCINNATI – Four players, all of Cincinnati played Ohio Lottery games and won. Carol Ruthman won $20,000 on 50 X the Money. Gary Young won $20,000 on Money in the Bank. Katherine VonUehm won $20,000 on Holiday Surprise. Steve Kahn won $20,000 on Platinum Payout.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, each winner receives a check for $14,200.
