LORAIN – A resident of Elyria scored a perfect game and won the jackpot. Elson Donovan won $33,313 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s new EZPLAY game Perfect Game 300. It’s the highest jackpot win since the game started January 2, 2013.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, Donovan receives a check for $23,652.23.
