COLUMBUS -A picture is worth a thousand words. For a Lancaster resident ten words got him thousands of dollars. Michael T. Williams won $100,000 after he had ten words correctly spelled on the instant game $100,000 Cashword.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, Williams receives a check for $71,000.
He purchased the winning ticket from Rich & Jamie’s Place. Located at 1112 S. Broad St in Lancaster, Rich & Jamie’s Place receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
