CLEVELAND - The winner of a $500,000 Stocking Stuffer instant game has claimed the prize in Trust.
Amy L. Demlow of Medina is Trustee of the Blogoslaw Trust. The trust receives $355,000 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 29 percent.
Deli Mart located at 5346 Broadview Road in Parma sold the top prize winning ticket. Deli Mart receives a $5,000 agent bonus for selling top prize winning ticket.
