COLUMBUS – Donald L. Floyd of Baltimore, Ohio won $250,000 for having a ticket that matched five of the five numbers and no mega ball in the December 7, 2012 Mega Millions drawing.
After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 29 percent, Floyd receives a check for $177, 500.
