CLEVELAND – They may have made different game choices, but each one turned out to be a winner. Dorothy J. Clifton Huffman of Brunswick won $25,417 on the October 22, 2012 Pick 5 game. Andrew J. Dawson of Ashtabula won $10,000 on the Double Doubler instant. Rita Anderson of Cleveland won $20,000 on the Money in the Bank game.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld Cola receives a check for $71,000. Huffman receives $18,046. Dawson receives $7,100. Anderson receives $14,200.

Cola purchased the winning KICKER ticket from World Wine & Liquor. Located at 8760 Mentor Avenue in Mentor, this retailer receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning KICKER ticket.
