COLUMBUS – Two players beat the odds and won top prizes scratching Ohio Lottery instant games. Christopher L. Parker of Flushing won $10,000 on Monopoly. Martin R. Crosbie of Delaware won $10,000 on Holiday Surprise.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, both Parker and Crosbie will each receive a check for $7,100.
