After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent are withheld, the Headlees receive $271, 930.
They purchased the ticket at the Kroger Company, 3975 W. Powell Road in Powell, Ohio. They picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 5-16-18-21-23. The Kroger Co receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five Rolling Cash 5 ticket.
