CLEVELAND - The winner of a second-tier Mega Millions prize in the August 21, 2012 drawing has claimed the prize in Trust.
Thomas P. Semple, Esq in Akron is Trustee of The Zaghouan Trust. The trust receives $710,000 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 29 percent.
Towne & Country Market located at 5069 Akron-Cleveland Road in Peninsula sold the winning ticket. The holder of the winning ticket picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 5-13-20-23-33 + 30. The multiplier number was 2.
