CLEVELAND - The winner of a Super Millions instant ticket has claimed the prize in Trust.
Patrick A. Sadowski of Findlay is Trustee of the Lucky Fund Trust. The holder of the ticket chose the cash option. The Trust receives $355,000 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 29 percent.
Jack’s Carryout located at 201 E. Tiffin Street in Fostoria sold the winning ticket.
