LORAIN – Two players filed claims for winning instant games in the Lorain regional office. Julia G. Justus of Vermillion won $50,000 on Lucky Times 10. James H. Uldrich Jr. of Amherst won $20,000 on Million Dollar Multiplier.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Justus receives $34,500. Uldrich receives $13,800.
