$278,000 Won by Four in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI - Four players of Ohio Lottery games won prizes totaling $278,000. Heather L. El-Hussein of West Harrison won $250,000 in the December 20, 2011 Mega Millions drawing after she matched five numbers and no mega ball. Chester Mays Jr. of Huntington won $10,000 in the April 6, 2012 Mega Millions drawing. Ingrid A. Robinson of Cincinnati won $10,000 on the Double Doubler instant. Heather K. Taylor of Cincinnati won $8,011 playing Keno.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent El-Hussein receives $172,500, Mays and Robinson will each receive $6,900. Taylor receives $5,527.
The five-of-five second-tier Mega Millions ticket was purchased using auto lotto. El-Hussein purchased the ticket at Dixie Delicatessen, 6687 Dixie Highway in Fairfield. The winning numbers were 20-24-27-45-51. The mega ball number was 3. Dixie Delicatessen received a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
