Mary of Lorain Makes Her Claim

LORAIN - A resident of Lorain made her claim after winning a prize on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Mary E. Carder won $50,000 on Lucky Times 10.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Carder receives $34,500.
She purchased the ticket at Don’s Sunoco, 3003 Colorado Avenue in Lorain.
