LORAIN - A resident of Sandusky knew where to go to purchase a winning lottery ticket. Della M. Knight won $50,000 on Lucky Times 10 after purchasing the ticket from Shell #153.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Knight receives $34,500.
Knight purchased the ticket at 310 W. Perkins Avenue in Sandusky. Shell # 153 sold a $100,000 Rolling Cash 5 ticket on February 28, 2012.
