CINCINNATI – A resident of Cincinnati got lucky. Rod N. Smith won $50,000 after he scratched the instant ticket Lucky Times 10.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Smith receives $34,500.
He purchased the ticket at Don Hatting’s Super Market, 6148 Bridgetown Road in Cincinnati.
