Going Where They've Never Gone Before


BROOKLYN HEIGHTS – A group of 16 NASA employees have gone where they never have gone before winning a second tier $250,000 prize in the January 31, 2012 Mega Millions’ drawing.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, the group will split $172,500. They are:

David A. Bennett-Cleveland, Steven W. Pesek-Medina,Jeffery A. Bobonik- Oberlin, Eric L. Stevens-Painesville, Alexis N Camaryo- Brook Park, James E. Sexton-Lakewood,Michael R. Garapic-Medina, Joseph Switala- North Olmsted,Thomas R. Hoffman- Chagrin Falls, Kenneth P. Trsek-Medina,Jason M Jacko- Brunswick, John V. Wargo-North Royalton,Paul J. Lizanich-Strongsville, Adam M. Wasylyshyn- Elyria, Jeffry F. Paulin- Avon
and James C. Yager- Avon Lake

They purchased the ticket at Warren Village Beverage & State Liquor, 3330 Warren Road in Cleveland. The group used auto pick. The winning numbers were 9-17-18-28-43. The mega ball number was 9. Warren Village Beverage & State Liquor receives a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning Mega Millions’ ticket.
