James R. Hartke, Trustee, made the claim on behalf of The Sylvia Blind Trust at Lottery Central. The ticket is a top prize winner worth $50,000 a year for the next 20 years. The holder of the ticket chose the annuity prize. The Trust receives $34,500 annually for the next 20 years after mandatory federal and state withholding taxes totaling 31 percent.
