Big Wins In Akron-Canton Region

NORTH CANTON – Three players of Ohio Lottery games won. Richard D. Drouhard of Wooster won $130,000 after matching all five numbers in the August 18 Rolling Cash 5Bruce W. Daniels of Dover won $70,000 after having one of two tickets that matched all five numbers in the September 6 Rolling Cash 5 game. Gary W. Troyer of Akron won $100,000 scratching Special Edition Cashword.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 per cent, Drouhard receives a check for $89,700. Daniels receives a check for $48,300. Troyer receives a check for $69,000.
Drouhard purchased his winning ticket from Cheap Tobacco, 503 E. Liberty Street in Wooster. The winning numbers were 1-10-16-23-37.  He picked the numbers. Cheap Tobacco received a $500 agent sales bonus. Daniels purchased his ticket from Speedway, 1042 N. Tuscarawas Avenue in Dover.  He picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 15-19-23-33-37. Speedway received a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five winning ticket.  Troyer purchased his ticket from Six Corners Deli, 780 Eastland Avenue in Akron. Six Corners Deli received a $1,000 agent sales bonus for selling a top prize winning Special Edition Cashword.
