Otway resident wins $200,000

- A resident of Otway went waaaaay past go to collect a second-tier prize in an Ohio Lottery game.  Evelyn M. Lentz won $200,000 after matching five numbers and no Powerball number in the August 31, Powerball drawing.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Lentz receives a check for $138,000.

She purchased the ticket from Stakers Drugs, 2339 Galena Pike in Portsmouth, Ohio. She used auto lotto. The winning numbers were 13-19-35-47-57. The Powerball number was 29. Stakers Drugs received a $1,000 agent bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
