Claiming half a jackpot

DAYTON - Two winning tickets were sold in the July 30 Rolling Cash 5 game. Xenia resident Jeanne S. Neubauer won $60,000 for having one of those tickets that matched all five numbers drawn in that game.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Neubauer receives a check for $41, 400.
She purchased the ticket from Rite Aid, 34 S. Allison Ave., in Xenia. Neubauer picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 2-11-19-21-39.Rite Aid receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a five-of-five Rolling Cash 5 ticket.
