CLEVELAND - And a lucky millionaire is he. Michael L. Yopko of Wickliffe has become a millionaire scratching an Ohio Lottery instant game. Yopko purchased Lucky Millionaire and won $100,000 for 20 years, a two million dollar top prize.
 
He chose the annuity. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, yearly he will receive a check for $69,000 for the next 20 years.
 
Yopko purchased the ticket from J J’s Beverage & Deli. Located at 29747 Lakeland Blvd in Wickliffe, J J’s Beverage & Deli receives a $10,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize wining ticket.
