Getting lucky in Garfield Heights

- A Garfield Heights resident got lucky after scratching an Ohio Lottery instant ticket.  Leon T. Russell won a top prize, $150,000 on Hot Sizzling 5s.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Russell receives a check for $103, 500.

Russell purchased the winning ticket from Garfield Sunoco # 2, 6009 Turney Road in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Garfield Sunoco # 2 receives a $1500 agent bonus for selling a top prizewinning ticket.
