Four winners claim in Akron-Canton region

NORTH CANTON - Four players of Ohio Lottery games got lucky. Jasper C. Fambro of Akron won $50,000 for having one of two top prize winning tickets that matched all five numbers in the 2-24-11 Rolling Cash 5 drawing. Christopher D. Liston of Kent won $10,000 after scratching Maximum Millions. Samer A. Awawda of Strongsville won $10,000 scratching Lucky 7 Bingo. Michael L. Bowan of Massillon won $10,000 on Maximum Millions also.
 
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Fambro receives a check for $34,500. Liston, Awawda and Bowan will each receive a check for $6,900.
 
Fambro picked the numbers. The winning numbers were 3-7-11-18-28. He purchased the ticket at Copley News, 1334 Copley Road in Akron.  Copley News receives a $500 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
 
Georgia A. Stanton claimed the other top prize winning Rolling Cash 5 ticket Stanton picked the numbers. She purchased the ticket from The Kroger Company.  Located at 199 Graceland Blvd., in Columbus, The Kroger Company receives a $500 agent bonus  for selling a five-of- five winning ticket.
