CINCINNATI -The holder of another winning $1 million ticket sold in the Ohio Lottery’s New Year’s Raffle game has come forward, claiming the prize in trust.
Edward D. Bender is trustee of the Western Oak Trust. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, the trust shall receive a one time cash payment of $690,000.
The winning ticket, #325442 was purchased at Speedway #1083. Speedway #1083 at 6537 Glenway Avenue in Cincinnati receives a $5,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
The New Year’s Raffle game offered 3,334 total prizes, with the Ohio Lottery drawing $1-million, $10,000 $1,500, $500 and $100 prizes. Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their New Year’s Raffle prizes.
