Instant winners claim in Youngstown region

YOUNGSTOWN - Two players of Ohio Lottery instant games have claimed prizes. Dustin A. Strayer of Ravenna won $20,000 scratching Wet & Wild 7’s. Alison P. Keathley of Gnadenhutten won $100,000 on Winter Green 7’s.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent, Strayer receives $13,800. Keathley receives $69,000.

Strayer purchased the winning ticket from BP Food Mart located at 6134 St. Rt. 14 in Ravenna. Keathley purchased the winning ticket from Circle K, 736 N. Water Street in Uhrichsville. Circle K receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
