James Brady
of Shaker Heights, Ohio was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2014. Mr. Brady is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Kindred Hospitals in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, and he is a city councilman in the city of Shaker Heights. A decorated veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Mr. Brady holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
Allan C. Krulak
of Cleveland was re-appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission on August 7, 2009, for a term ending August 1, 2012. Mr. Krulak, who currently serves as Commission Vice Chair, is Vice President, Director of Community Affairs, for Forest City Enterprises, Inc. A lifelong Cleveland-area resident, Mr. Krulak attended Ohio State University, Mexico City College and Marquette University.
John F. Lewis
of Chagrin Falls was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2013. Mr. Lewis is the President and owner of North Coast Packaging, Inc. in Novelty, Ohio. Mr. Lewis has held various roles on the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County and Recovery Resources, Inc. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
Patrick McDonald
Ohio Lottery Commission Chairman Pat McDonald of Rocky River, Ohio was re-appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission in August of 2009. Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Dayton. Mr. McDonald has more than 25 years in senior and executive management roles in state and local government. He has served as Finance Director for the Ohio Secretary of State, Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Commerce for Governor Taft and Deputy State Treasurer in the office of Ohio Treasurer of State.
Currently, Pat is the Director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections and serves as a Trustee for the Ohio Association of Election Officials.
Clarence E. Mingo II
of New Albany was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2013. Mr. Mingo is currently the Franklin County Auditor. A 1991 Persian Gulf War Veteran, Mr. Mingo ran his own private law practice and served as Commissioner of the Ohio Court of Claims. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a law degree from the Ohio State University.
William Morgan
of Stoutsville, was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2012. Mr. Morgan previously served as the executive director of Ohio BankPac and the secretary of the Ohio Bankers Association’s Service Corporation. He also served as the senior vice president for the Ohio Bankers Association and as the mayor for the City of Shawnee. He currently serves as the treasurer of the James A. Rhodes Leadership Foundation and as the executive director of the Ohio Rural Development Partnership.
Amy Sabath
of Concord Township was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2014. Ms. Sabath is currently President of Sabath Consulting, LLC, a campaign management and fundraising firm. Ms. Sabath holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Kent State University.
Elizabeth D. Vaci
of Painesville Township was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2013. Ms. Vaci is the Accreditation Manager for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Ms. Vaci holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University. She received a degree from the Marshall College of Law.
Michael G. Verich
of Warren was appointed to the Ohio Lottery Commission for a term ending August 1, 2014. Mr. Verich is an attorney and consultant with 28 years experience in state government having served as a State Representative for the 66th District of Ohio and as Vice Chairman of the Ohio State Employment Relations Board. Mr. Verich received a degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
