NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF ONE AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE RULE

Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt one (1) amended Administrative Rule in Proposed Form.  A public hearing will be conducted on June 24, 2014 at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code).  Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment or revision, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.

The amended Rule to be considered for adoption is Ohio Lottery Administrative Rule 3770-4-05

The purpose of the amendment is to update Lottery terminology, procedures and practices.
